*SPOILERS* Desolas was a turian's general during the first contact war. Saren and him met Jack Harper (the future Illusive man) when they were dealing with a reaper artefact. Then in the name of his people, he started to transform turians into indoctrinated ugraded soldiers. At the end, Saren had to kill him himself because he was indoctrinated too. */SPOILERS*
